Richard Branson’s baby death talks to Piers Morgan

Sir Richard Branson, 58, has talked to Piers Morgan about the death of his first baby.
Described the experience as, “Horrendous” in an emotionally stirring interview that’s going to air at 10 p.m on ITV1 next Sunday.
His first daughter Clare Sarah with his second wife Joan, was born three months prematurely in 1979. Clare Sarah died in an incubator. The couple have been together for over three decades and went on to have two more children, Holly and Sam. In the interview, Richard believes Joan never fully recovered from Clare’s death saying: “The mending process takes time and it didn’t really start until Holly was born 18 months later … but I suspect for the mother it’s never completely completed.”
Richard Branson also tells Piers Morgan how near the Virgin Group came to bankruptcy the day after he launched Virgin Airlines. A bank manager visiting his home insisted he immediately sorted out his overdraft.
Richard described forcing the bank manager out of his home, saying: “Not a wise thing to do to your bank manager”.
