Father of Camilla Al Fayed’s Baby Revealed

After not wanting to reveal who the father of her unborn baby is, it has been revealed that the father is Syrian-born property tycoon Mohamad Esreb, 30, who has been secretly dating Camilla on and off for seven years.

According to the Daily Mail, not only is Camilla expecting her first child in November but she is also engaged to Esreb. An inside source reveals:

“Camilla and Mohamad are blissfully happy. They got engaged in January but they have kept the whole thing very quiet. Mohamad is a lovely guy but he’s very private so they are never seen out together. They have been dating on and off for seven years, but he is the one for her and when he asked her to marry him she said yes.”

The source added, “The baby wasn’t planned, but when they found out they were delighted. They haven’t thought about a wedding yet, they just want to get their heads around the fact that they are going to be parents.”

Camilla’s father, Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed, is said to be delighted with the news that he is going to be a grandpa again. Camilla’s sister Jasmine recently gave birth to a girl.

The source also noted, “She has had a very easy pregnancy and hasn’t been ill at all. She has a perfect bump and cannot wait for the new arrival. They haven’t found out if it’s a boy or a girl yet. They want it to be a surprise.”

Katherine Heigl Hosts A Baby Shower for Ellen Pompeo

Actress Katherine Heigl  hosted a baby shower at her home for her fellow Grey’s Anatomy co-star.

Katherine Heigl hosted a small baby shower for her fellow co-star, Ellen Pompeo who is due with a her first child, a girl, in October. Guests included Sandra Oh, Rebecca Gayheart, and Kate Walsh.

An eyewitness told PEOPLE, “Ellen looked gorgeous in a white summer dress with her hair in a braided up-do. She seemed very excited to celebrate with her girlfriends.”

The shower was held outdoors at Heigls’ home in Los Feliz section of Los Angeles. Umbrellas were put up to shade the guests as temperatures reached 104 degrees on Saturday.

Ellen is  registered  for baby items at Juvenile Shop. She seemed to receive several nice baby gifts such as Sleepy Safari stacking toys, organic hooded towels, and Sleep Sheep mobile.

This is the first child for Ellen and her husband Chris Ivery. It has been said that Ellen’s character (Meredith) on Grey’s Anatomy will have a somewhat relaxed storyline as the pregnancy has been hidden on the show and she will be taking some time off after the baby is born.

         

Heidi Klum Stumped On Name For Baby On the Way

The host of Project Runway admits that her and her husband Seal are stumped on what to name their daughter, who is due in October.

The model admitted to USA Today that her and Seal are having a hard time deciding on a name for their fourth child, who is due in less than two months. She explained, “Because we know it’s going to be our last baby, it’s way harder.”

She added, “Before it was like, ‘This is the name and that’s that.’ We’re going to wait until we see the baby and hopefully the light bulb will come on and then it’ll be like, ding-ding-ding!”

Although Heidi admits to keeping an organized schedule with her three kids at home, she does say that the lets the kid have free reign of the home. She says, “They live there as much as we do. You come into our house and there is a giant elephant and lion to welcome you. We have those big stuffed animals and we have toys and things everywhere.”

Klum is still standing firm that the baby on the way will be the last for them. “We’re outnumbered,” she jokes. “Four is perfect. Three is a lot. But four? It’s a lot of work. We’re hands-on and we feel like this is what we can handle.”

Klum has a 5-year-old daughter, Leni, from a previous relationship and has 2 sons with her husband Seal, Henry, 3 ½, and Johan, 2 ½.

         

Jennifer Ellison Shows Off Her Baby Bump

The Hells Kitchen winner is finally seen as what appears to be a growing baby bump.

Recently Jennifer Ellison revealed that she is indeed pregnant with her first child. She seemed to be enjoying a date with her fiance Robbie Tickle as the first signs of her baby bump were evident.

She wore a long flowing, Grecian style dress that was not tight but you could definitely see her curves coming through.

This is the first child for Jennifer but this will be the third child for her fiance Robbie Tickle. He has twin daughters from a previous relationship. The couple is choosing to not know the sex of the baby until the delivery.

The couple started dating in April 2008 and were engaged last October. There has been no word if the couple will marry anytime soon.

The former Brookside actress did reveal that she has been eating healthy this pregnany and has not actually gained any weight yet. “Before I was pregnant, I was just under 10 stone and I’m still just under that. With not drinking, and eating healthily, it’s come off my legs and bum.”

         

Could Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane Be Expecting a Child?

Only a week after a nude video of Gayheart and Dane’s little threesome gets leaked, insiders are claiming that Rebecca is pregnant with the couple’s first child.

Last week, a personal video of Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane’s was leaked showing them naked with Cari Ann Peniche, who has been alleged as a madam. The video also showed some shady behavior as it is believed that drugs were also shown on the video. Apparently their behavior has not stopped the couple from trying to pursue a family as insiders are claiming that Rebecca is pregnant with the couple’s first child.

An insider told Life and Style magazine that, “Having a baby has been a top priority of the past six months.” This insider also said that she believes that Rebecca is about 3-4 months pregnant right now. While another insider states that the couple have had fertility issues since getting married back in 2004.

“She turned down the role of Penn Badgley’s mother on Gossip Girl because it was based in NYC and she didn’t want to be away from Eric or travel that far. It was bad for her health,” the insider says. “She also turned down a Hallmark movie and a Lifetime movie because she was trying to have a baby.”

Rebecca has been photographed wearing loose clothing as well.

Lily Allen Wants To Be a “Suburban Mom”

Singer Lily Allen who is know for her skimpy outfits and wild child ways says that she would love to start a family.

Lily Allen is claiming that she can’t wait to settle down and become a “suburban mom.”

People think I’m this super confident person who’s all for female empowerment but it’s not true,” Lily said. “I have every intention of becoming a suburban mum. I want to get married and have children. Being followed by the paparazzi is not a life I want.”

In 2008 Lily suffered a miscarriage, which she has since opened up about. “I guess… it wasn’t to be. That’s all I can say… Maybe if I’d stayed pregnant and had the baby then things would have worked out between me and Ed [her ex-boyfriend Ed Simons of The Chemical Brothers]. I don’t know. You could drive yourself insane thinking about it.”

         

Women in UK Faced With Serious Maternity Ward Problems

Last year over 3,500 women in the UJ were forced to give birth outside of maternity wards.

According to new figures that came out, almost 4,000 women in the UK gave birth in other places than maternity wards such as the toilet, other hospital departments, corridors, ambulances, and even midwives’ offices. This is a serious problem that women are facing the UK as improper care of a baby and mother during a delivery can have fatal consequences.

While some of these births were deemed actual emergencies and they could not be prevented from happening outside a maternity ward, most of them were completely preventable. According to the The Royal College of Midwives (RCM) 5,000 additional midwives would need to be employed to properly cover all the births in the UK.

Here is what the figures showed:

• 117 babies were born in Accident and Emergency departments
• 115 babies were born in other hospital wards besides the maternity one
• 399 births took place in the maternity ward but not in the correct delivery rooms such as the postnatal rooms
• 63 babies were born in ambulances
• 608 babies were born on the way to the hospital
• 10 babies were born in the hospital car parks
• 2,997 babies were unplanned home deliveries
• In total there were 7, 368 births that happened outside maternity wards

Andrew Lansley, the shadow health secretary, said: “New mothers should not be being put through the trauma of having to give birth in such inappropriate places. While some will be unavoidable emergencies, it is extremely distressing for them and their families to be denied a labour bed because their maternity unit is full.”

Jon Skewes, from the RCM, added: “The rise in the number of births in other than a designated labour bed is a concern. We would want to see the detail behind these figures to look at why this is happening. There is no doubt that maternity services are stretched, and that midwives are working harder and harder to provide good quality care. It is always unfortunate when a woman’s hopes for her baby’s birth do not go as planned. However, no matter how well resourced a service is, there will be circumstances when women give birth in places they had not planned to because pregnancy can be unpredictable.”

The figures are results of 80% local health care trusts.

         

Heidi Klum Dishes On the Other Pregnant Angels

Heidi Klum talks about the other fellow Victoria’s Secret models who are also expecting around the same time as well as her maternity fashion style.

The Project Runwayhost is not the only Victoria’s Secret model due to give birth this year. Adriana Lima, Karolina Kurkova, and Gisele Bundchen are all due with their first children later this year.

It’s so funny! We must have been with each other for so long now that our cycles and egg dropping must have happened at the same time,” Heidi said. “Adriana has asked me a few things about nannies and how the birth is. It’s hard to explain and you just have to kind of figure it out.”

When it comes to Heidi’s pregnancy fashion, apparently maternity clothes are out of the question. “My stylist tries to find things that are not maternity clothes, so I’ve been wearing a lot from The Row, by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. I love their clothes. Marc Jacobs too. You just buy things in a size 10 - when you’re doing a show on fashion, you still have to bring it on.”

Heidi is due to give birth this October to her fourth child, a girl.

Lord Courtenay and A.J. Langer Welcome a Son

The former My So Called Life actress and her husband Lord Charles Courtenay welcomed their second child last week.

According to the birth announcemnt in the Telegraph, Langer and Lord Courtenay welcomed a son into their family on August 16th. Jack Haydon Langer Courtenay was born in California at the couple’s home.

He joins big sister Joscelyn Skye, 2, at home.

The couple were married in 2004 and Lord Courtenay is the heir of the Earl of Devon.
