The Portsmouth woman is being charged with sexual abuse of a child and photographing and distributing photos of the event.
A second person has been charged in connection with the increasingly ugly Facebook paedophile scandal. Last Saturday, Greater Manchester Police arrested 39-year-old Tracy Lyons, and magistrates charged her in connection with the sexual abuse scandal.
