Child Services Investigating Mel Gibson and Oksana

This past week there has been a lot of talk about the fights that Mel Gibson has had with his ex and mother of his daughter Oksana Grigorieva.

Apparently now child services is getting involved as it appears that the whole situation is not safe for 8 month old Lucia. There are reports that Oksana has a recording of Mel threatening her as well as throwing racial slurs at her. It is alleged that on the tape Gibson threatens to burn down Grigorieva’s house, which is home to his daughter Lucia.

It is now being reported that child Protective Services is looking into both Gisbon and Oksana to see if Lucia should be completely removed from either’s custody. Sources are also claiming that Mel violently shook the little girl back in January when him and Oksana were fighting.

A source says, “They may decide that both parents are unsuitable and then give the baby to a grandparent.” If the recorded tape that has the couple fighting on it is put into court, then child services will have access to it and could easily decide to take the little girl away.

Oksana also says that Gibson is not paying child support for their daughter as well.

Mel and Oksana split earlier this year shortly after Lucia was born. She first reported that the split was amicable, but now says that she dumped him and “rescued her children.”

Mel also has seven other children with his ex wife Robyn.
