A spokesperson for the BBc confirms that Patsy Palmer is pregnant.
This will be the fourth child for Palmer who returned to EastEnders as Bianca Jackson back in 2008.
A rep for BBC said, “We can confirm that Patsy is pregnant and she is delighted.” No word on a the exact due date for Palmer.
