Is Dannii Minogue Being Fired from X Factor for Being Pregnant?
Simon Cowell gathered together with the producers of X-Factor and it may be “highly unlikely” that judge Dannii Minogue, who is due to give birth to her first child this summer, will be returning to the show.
There are many rumors circulating that Dannii is getting axed as a X Factor judge because she is pregnant. Dannii has already said that that she won’t be able to attend the XFactor auditions due to them being when her baby is due, but she says that she would still like to come back to judge the show. If the rumors are correct it appears that Dannii may be completely dropped from the show.
An inside source states, “Simon and his team are very wary of getting into the sort of problems the BBC has had with its female stars over age and so on. For that reason, the best option is being seen as reverting to the three judges this year. That means the seat is open for Dannii to return at a future date, although it is unlikely.”
This is the first child for Dannii and her partner Kris Smith.
