Singer Chris Daughtry and Wife Expecting Twins Via Surrogate
The American Idol alum and lead singer of the band Daughtry announced that him and his wife Deanna are expecting twins in November.
The rocker wrote on his website, “Deanna and I are overjoyed about this double blessing. Thank you for your expressions of love and support and for respecting for our privacy during this special time.”
The babies were conceived by in vitro fertilization and the couple are using a surrogate mother to carry the babies. Deanna is unable to carry any more children after a partial hysterectomy four years ago.
Deanna has two children from a previous marriage, Griffin and Hannah, but Chris calls them his children.
