Kerry Katona Resorts to Child Support Agency to Get Child Maintenance from Mark Croft

Kerry Katona has reportedly involved the Child Support Agency to finally receive money from her estranged husband Mark Croft to care for the couple’s two young children.

Kerry and Mark may have two kids together, Heidi, 3, and Max, 2, but that doesn’t mean that Mark has any money to give Kerry. Katona is furious that she has not received any money from Croft since they split 4 weeks ago.

According to Mark he has no money to give Kerry although it is rumored that he just spent £3,500 on a motorbike. He told the Sunday Mirror, “Kerry is not getting a penny out of me. She hasn’t let me see the kids for four weeks, since we split up. I know she wants money out of me but I haven’t got any. And even if I had, there’s no way I’m giving her any until I get to see my kids. Kerry won’t let me see the children so how can I give them any money?”

Croft also added that he refuses to pay money directly into Kerry’s bank account. “That would be classed as income and would go towards paying off her bankruptcy. Why should I do that?”

Mark also noted that he has not been contacted by the CSA, but the CSA says that he will be investigated.

The couple is not only fighting over money for the children they are fighting over the children. They recently both filed for full custody of the two kids. A source told The News of the World, “They are going to fight each other to the bitter end. Kerry says they should be with her because she is their mother. Mark says he is going to remind the court of every single time Kerry praised him as a father. Kerry said she was going for full custody, most of the holidays and every Christmas Day. She knew that by being as hard as possible, she would hurt Marka s much as she could. For all his bravado,.Mark knows joint custody is probably his best option. But when he heard Kerry’s conditions he changed his mind. To be told he can never see his kids at Christmas was the final straw.”

Kerry also has two daughters, Molly, 8, and Lily-Sue, 7, with her ex Brian McFadden, who may also be fighting to have his daughters live with him in Australia.
