Keyshia Cole Engaged and Expecting First Child
Keyshia Cole has finally come clean about her relationship with NBA star Daniel (Boobie) Gibson and is also expecting her first child later this year.
The singer’s rep has confirmed that the rumors are true and that Keyshia and Boobie are in fact engaged and will be welcoming their first child later this year. The basketball player proposed on New Years Eve. “[It was] an absolute surprise,” the rep says. “When he asked her to marry him, she was flabbergasted. He presented her with the ring and her mouth dropped in amazement. It’s too beautiful for words.”
There have been quite a few rumors circulating for the past few months that Keyshia, who also has a reality show on BET, was pregnant, but the singer never confirmed it. She has been sporting a quite noticeable bump though and is unable to hide the pregnancy anymore.
Keyshia is reportedly due with her first child in March.
