Kendra Wilkinson Debuts Post Baby Body

The reality star Kendra Wilkinson posed for OK! Magazine with her 3 week old son to show off her already svelte post baby body.

The Kendra star, who married Hank Baskett in July and gave birth to their first child in December, shows off her new body in the magazine. She poses with 3 week old Hank IV while holding weights in the other hand.

Kendra says that she has lost 20 of the almost 50 pounds that she gained during her pregnancy.

“I would definitely say there is pressure [to lose the baby weight] but it’s not just the pressure, it’s me,” she explains. “My whole life, I’ve been athletic. I have to be in shape. It’s my way of life, what makes me happy.” Having topped out at 163 lbs., Kendra says she will “appreciate [being active] a lot more…and I’ll have so much fun watching my body get back into shape.”

For right now Kendra is limiting her weight loss to her diet as she is following the doctor’s orders when it comes to not exercising until 6 weeks postpartum due to a c-section. She does add, “Getting up and down in the middle of the night — feeding him, changing him and soothing him when he’s crying — is my ab workout already.”

The reality star also adds that she is enjoying the benefits that comes from nursing Hank. “The doctor told me you can burn up to 1,000 calories each time. Every time I pump I’m like, ‘Yes! That’s a bunch of calories right there!’”

In the magazine, Kendra also opens up about her new home life saying, “A whole new life just started for us. I’m still going to be me, though. I’m at a place now where I can have fun but not go overboard. I’m a lot more responsible now. I’m a mom!”

Hank IV is the first child for Kendra and Hank.
