Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to Share Joint Custody of the Kids

According to the several reports Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have called it quits for real this time and have signed an agreement to share joint custody of their 6 children.

Although there have been many different reports of Angelina and Brad breaking up before it is being reported as the real thing this time around as the couple met with divorce lawyers and have agreed to split £205million ($322 million) and share joint custody of their children. The Hollywood super couple have three adopted children Maddox, 8, Pax, 6, Zahara, 5 and three biological children, Shiloh, 3, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 17 months.

According to the News of the World, the children will live with Angelina but will share plenty of time with their dad.

The news of the breakup comes after several months of speculation that the couple has been drifting apart. It has been rumored that Brad and Angie have been fighting over everything, including where to live and how to raise the children. The couple have not been photographed together in quite some time, with Angie spending time with Shiloh and Zahara and Brad with the boys Maddox and Pax.

The couple did not attend the Golden Globes even though Brad’s movie Inglorious Bastards was nominated and Brad attended the Hope for Haiti marathon this past Friday without Angie.

An inside source told the News of the World, “The document was signed in early January. Both Brad and Angelina had signed it. The contract was like a tailor-made version of a pre-nuptial agreement except for an unmarried couple’s split.”

Brad and Angie first became involved when they started filming the movie Mr and Mrs Smith back in 2004. At that time Brad Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston. Brad and Jennifer split in 2005 and soon after Brad and Angeline came out as a couple. Not long after Angelina got pregnant with the couple’s first biological child Shiloh and Brad adopted Angie’s boys that she already had.
