Levi Johnston Filing for Joint Custody of Tripp

Several sources report that Levi Johnston plans to file for joint custody of his 10-month old son with Bristol Palin.

Johnson’s battles with the Palin family have been ongoing since the birth of his son Tripp.  Things got worse last month when he told CBS’s The Early Show that Sarah Palin referred to her infant son Trig as “retarded.”  Trig has Down syndrome.

Former Gov. Sarah Palin came back at Johnston, telling reporters:  “We, like many, are appalled at the inflammatory statements being made or implied.  Trig is our ‘blessed little angel’ who knows it and is lovingly called that every day of his life.”

Sarah Palin had this to say about Johnston’s planned strip down for Playgirl next week, “Those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention.”

“It’s not working, I’m done,” Johnson told reporters.  “It’s going to have to go to court.  They just finally pushed me over the edge.”

On October 30 Palin’s attorney Thomas Van Flein said, “Other than noting that Tripp’s father is always welcome to visit his son, we are unable to respond to these allegations as it is inappropriate to discuss child custody matters publicly.”

Model Mom Alessandra Ambrosio Working Hard on Her Body for the Victoria’s Secret Show

Although the model appears to be back to her pre-baby body, she says that she is still working hard on her body to prepare for the Victoria’s Secret runway show.

Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio told People magazine, “Last year, because I had a baby and I had to lose pounds, I did a lot of cardio. This year is all about weights, squats and lunges.”

Ambrosio welcomed her daughter Anja Louise in August 2008 and appeared to be back to her pre-baby body quite quickly, but the model says that she still was on a strict “no sugar, no bread” diet and that is how she lost the weight. Now that she has lost all the weight, she says that she eats what she wants but has been hitting the gym hard.

She said, “I’m working out to prepare for the show because it’s our biggest show of the year. I’m trying to work out four days a week.”

CBS will be airing the Victoria’s Secret runway show in December.

         

Julie Chen expecting her first baby

Julie Chen, the popular co-host of the US, “Early Show” announced this morning that she and husband CBS President/CEO Les Moonves are expecting their first baby in October.

Page Six of The New York Post reported the news in Tuesday’s paper, and Chen confirmed it shortly on the air, YouTube video below.

Chen also hosts “Big Brother” in the USA.

Due October 4, Chen promises she will not be taking maternity leave from “Big Brother” (as reported by the New York Post).

Moonves has three grown children from his marriage to Nancy Wiesenfeld Moonves, who he divorced in 2004 after a 26-year marriage.
