Singer Mark McGrath Introduces His Twins

Singer and TV host Mark McGrath welcomed twins 8 weeks ago and shows off his two little bundles of joy.

McGrath and his fiancée Carin Kingsland posed with their 8 week old twins Lydon Edward and Hartley Grace for, “People”. When it comes to his twins, who were born on April 29 he said, “She’s so precious, just a princess. And he’s my little dude. Their birth was the greatest moment of my life.”

According to Carin the twins are already “polar opposites.” She says Lydon “knows what he wants and wants it now,” while Hartley, “is very calm and has a lot of patience. She’s very sweet.”

McGrath adds, “People say Lydon looks like me, and Hartley has a Latin flavor to her — she’s got darker skin and big beautiful lips like Carin.”

Carin and Mark have dated on and off for over 16 years. The couple reveals that the road to parenthood definitely was not an easy one. Carin lost an ovary when she was just a child due to fibroids and polycystic ovary syndrome while Mark was told he may never have kids due to a testicular torsion. After years of trying naturally, the couple took to fertility treatments and were able to conceive their twins via IVF.

“Not to be cheesy, but you get really gangster about your relationship now, like this is my family,” says McGrath. “There’s a bond that the four of us share that nobody can mess with.”
