Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady Christen Baby Benjamin

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady had their 6 month old son Benjamin christened at a Catholic Church in Santa Monica this week.

The couple then had a small party at hotel Casa Del Mar after the baptism. An eyewitness told Us Magazine, “Gisele arrived carrying Benjamin, who was wearing a little white suit. She was wearing a skin tight navy dress with heels and she looked great. Tom matched her in a navy suit and carried Gisele’s bag for her. They greeted everyone in the lobby area and then they moved into the restaurant for lunch.”

The witness continued, “Everyone was passing Benjamin around and doting on him. He was happy the whole time and just looking around taking it all in. When he would smile, everyone would marvel and give him kisses. All the family members were taking turns holding him. You could really see how much they love him. After the luncheon, they drove home and Benjamin fell asleep in the car. Gisele carried him inside on her shoulder and he didn’t wake up.”

Bejamin was born on December 29 and is the first child for Gisele while Tom has a son from a previous relationship.

Rapper Xzibit Encourages Men to “Man Up” and Be a Real Father to Kids

Rapper Xzibit just recently got an early Father’s Day gift - a son, and he took the opportunity to write an encouraging blog post to all the fathers out there.

Xzibit recently welcomed his third son Gatlyn and after spending Father’s day with his two sons, Tremayne, 15 (his son Xavier died shortly after being born premature in 2008) he decided to get men to “step up” and become real fathers.

The rapper encouraged men to “man up” and take real responsibility of their children even if it means missing out on things like “time with the fellas.” He admits that being a father is the most rewarding thing he has ever done and will do in his life.

Xzibit wrote some words of wisdom on his blog - “There is no handbook on being a father. It’s not easy by any means and it takes a lot of work, but they didn’t asked to be brought here so, MAN UP, and handle it. When you have children, love them, stay involved with them, teach them what you know and if you don’t know much, love them enough to make sure they get the education and opportunities you didn’t. Show them you love them everyday regardless, whether happy, sad, rich or poor. It doesn’t take money to spend time.”

         

James Van Der Beek and Kimberly Brook Are Expecting a Girl

It was recently revealed that actor James Van Der Beek and his girlfriend Kimberly Brook are expecting a daughter later this year.

“We’re so excited to announce we are expecting a girl!” Brook told PEOPLE. Brook, who is due in the fall, added, “We are thinking and taking suggestions for names, but we have no idea [what to call her] right now.”

Kimberly does admit that preparing for the baby has not been all fun and games though. She says, “Women have mood swings when they’re pregnant, and I’m not immune to them. I was literally at the edge of a bed once, telling James, ‘You don’t get me!’”

Apparently James was prepared for it though. He reveals, “When the mood swings happened, they were so textbook, I almost had to laugh. The hard part was stifling the laughter, like, ‘Oh, my god, I can’t believe this is happening — this is just like the book said.’ She’s so amazing, I kind of thought she’d be immune to them.”

This will be the first child for both Kimberly and James.

         

Celebrity Nannies Tell All

In Touch magazine interviewed several different former celebrity nannies and learned what celebrity kids are really like.

Most nannies that work for celebrities have to sign confidentiality agreements, but that didn’t stop some nannies from dishing on some celebrity households.

According to Angela Jacobsen, a former nanny for Madonna, the singer makes her family follow a strict kosher and macrobiotic diet. This means no fast food, no salt, and no sugar for her kids, Lourdes, 13, Rocco, 9, David, 4, and Mercy, 4. The children are also not permitted to watch television or read magazines or newspapers.

On the other hand, a former nanny for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt says it’s crazier at the the Pitt-Jolie’s home. She revealed, “The kids are wild in the morning, running into Brad and Angelina’s room to attack them, pull her hair and jump on him.” She also says that the family. including all the kids, Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 4, Shiloh, 4, and one year old twins, Vivienne and Knox , often all sleep in one bed together and says that the children are “needy.”

For Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon, apparently according to her former nanny, her days start off with coffee and a shot of tequila. The nanny, who was hired in 2009 after Kelly made her reality telivision debut, says that Kelly’s neighbors definitely think she is high-maintenance. They said, ‘You’re the fourth person in the last six months to work for her,’” she claims, adding that she thinks that Kelly is “crazy.” Kelly has two children, Sea, 12, and Teddy, 10.

No really shocking news when it comes to Courtney Love. One of the several nannies that Courtney’s daughter Francis, 17, had growing up, says, “In my opinion, there really wasn’t any parenting involved. She was not ever really there, mentally.”

         

Actor Sean Patrick Thomas and Wife Welcome a Son

Actor Sean Patrick Thomas and his wife Aonika Laurent Thomas welcomed their second child on Wednesday, June 9.

It’s a boy for Sean Patrick as his wife gives birth to another child whom the couple named Luc Laurent Thomas. Luc weighed in at 7lbs 6 oz. According to a rep for the actor, “everyone is doing great!”

Luc joins his big sister Lola Jolie, 2, at home.

The couple announced the pregnancy back in January.

         

Chanelle Hayes Reveals She’s Having a Boy

Reality star Chanelle Hayes is set to give birth to her first child this summer and revealed it’s a boy.

The Big Brother star took to her Twitter page to announce the news. She wrote, “Theres only 1 boy I’ll love for the rest of my life. He doesnt need lies, excuses and apologies. He’s my gorgeous baby, nobody else matters.” She then wrote, “Yes everyone! Couldn’t keep the secret anymore, my baby is going to be a gorgeous little boy!!!! Xxxxxxxxxx”

Hayes, who recently just split with boyfriend Jack Tweed, is “heartbroken” over the split and thought she had a future with him.

The father of Chanelle’s baby is Matthew Bates, whom she split from just weeks after announcing she was pregnant. Just a few months before getting pregnant Chanelle was treated for a suicide attempt but she says that she is doing fine now.

This will be the first child for Chanelle.

         

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw Taking the Family Down Under

Country singers Tim McGraw and Faith Hill will be taking a holiday to Australia with three girls, Gracie, 12, Maggie, 11, and Audrey, 9.

Tim told OK! just how excited he and his family are about their trip to Australia this summer. Tim revealed that it won’t just be a relaxing trip, but they are going to try to see everything Australia has to offer.

McGraw has his pilots license and plans on using while in the Outback. He also revealed that his middle daughter Maggie is starting to starting to take after him and love the outdoors and adventures. “My middle daughter is a real outdoor girl. Her dream is to go in a shark cage off the Barrier Reef, and see some Great Whites, so she’s getting certified this summer so we can go down to the shark cage and see some Great Whites. We’ve got a lot of big plans.”, he said.

         

Monica Bellucci Shows Off Svelte Figure Just a Month After Giving Birth

Just a month after giving birth at the age of 45, Monica Bellucci showed off her post-baby figure in a body-hugging Dolce and Gabbana dress.

The mother two appeared to have shed most of her baby weight as she walked the red carpet in her figure-hugging black satin and lace gown at the 20 Years of Menswear D&C party in Milan.

She originally donned the dress back in 2008 and appears to have no problem getting back into it only a month after welcoming her second child.

Back in March, Monica showed off her curvy figure as she posed in just her underwear while 6 months pregnant on the cover of Vanity Fair. Her daughter Léonie was born on May 21.

Monica and her husband Vincet Cassel also have a daughter named Deva, 5.

         

Sadie Frost Bans Sienna Miller from Her Daughter’s Recital

Although Sienna Miller and Jude Law’s ex-wife Sadie Frost have never been best friends, it appears the two are in a heated row over Sadie and Jude’s three children.

Sienna, who recently rekindled her romance with Jude Law started quite the row with Jude’s ex and mother of his three kids when she took Rudy, 7 to get a haircut and cut off all his curls. Apparently Sadie is not standing for this at all.

Frost has banned Miller from coming to her 9-year-old daughter Iris’ ballet recital next week. An inside source told the Daily Mail, “Jude was bringing Sienna to the recital to support Iris, but Sadie has had enough and put her foot down and said she could not come. Sadie is a great mum, she’s just had enough of someone else playing mum with her children.”

It looks like Sadie is going to have to be dealing with Miller for quite some time. Jude and Sienna are making plans to marry this summer in France and even had Iris serve as a bridesmaid and Rafferty, 13, and Rudy stand in the wedding as well.

A close friend of Sadie’s says, “There are many things that Sadie is cross about at the moment. Sienna is making all these plans for Sadie’s children to be part of the wedding party. Jude asked Sadie if she could have an informal meeting with Sienna to smooth over their relationship for the sake of the children – but that was before Sienna took Rudy to have his haircut.”

Sadie was so mad about the haircut she even took it to her Twitter page writing, ‘I think ya should get ya own child and then cut their hair!”

As for Sienna and Jude’s wedding, a source notes, “After all this time and such a long and rocky history together, they want a low-key wedding. Jude and his parents really want the wedding to be held in the French countryside, so that is what is being discussed at the moment. Jude and Sienna just want to be married and start their life together.”

Jude also has a daughter, Sophia, from a bried fling with Samantha Burke last year.

         

Kate Middleton Not Pregnant Despite Rumors

Star Magazine was claiming that Prince William’s longtime girlfriend Kate Middleton was expecting but a spokesperson for the Royal Family denied the rumors.

A rep for the Royal Family told PEOPLE magazine that the whole story about Kate being pregnant is “complete nonsense.” Also, according to the Us Magazine, a Clarence House spokesperson said that, “This is a load of rubbish.”

Considering that Prince William seems to be in no hurry to return home from touring Africa with his brother the rumors don’t seem to have any validity.

Just a few weeks back Star magazine also reported that Kate and William are getting engaged and will be married this year. So, far there has not been any engagement announcement either.
