Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Could Soon be in Custody Battle Over Daughter

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry, who confirmed last week that they ended their 4 year relationship, may soon be entering a custody battle over their 2 year old daughter Nahla.

Original reports revealed that the couple were able to work out a temporary custody situation for their daughter but now Radaronline.com is reporting that it may not be as amicable as everyone thinks. The website is reporting that Aubry has concerns about his daughter’s well-being and is considering hiring lawyers to pursue a custody battle to bring Nahla back to Canada to live with him.

A source close to the Gabriel says that he is upset with the false reports that he was kicked out by Berry for not “pulling his weight.” The source says, “Until the news of their split broke things were OK between him and Halle, but now he believes Halle’s team are putting all these stories out there that are just not true. Gabriel is not happy at how he is being portrayed, as some kind of dead beat dad that was living off of Halle and her celebrity. It couldn’t be any further from the truth.”

The source adds that Aubry is considering all his options at this point and that, “he loves that little girl more than anything, and he will fight tooth and nail to give her a decent, balanced, normal life away from the craziness of Hollywood.”

Nahla is the only child for Gabriel and Halle.
