Model Niki Taylor Reveals How She Lost All the Pregnancy Pounds

Niki Taylor reveals just how she lost the baby weight and it wasn’t easy especially with two teenage boys in the house.

The model reveals that her 15 year old twins are “meat and potato boys” and that “they eat cinnamon rolls, cereal — basically teenager food.” Fortunately for Niki, she was still able to lose almost 60 pounds after giving birth to her daughter Ciel, now 13 months.

Taylor reveals even with all the “teenager food” in the house she stuck to her healthy diet of oatmeal with berries and broiled chicken. She was able to lose 59 lbs, going from 197 down to 138.

Niki reveals that if she does find herself craving not so healthy food, she does give into her temptations but only one bite. “If I have dessert, I spend a half an hour more exercising. So I would rather just have the bite than work out an hour!” A normal day of exercise for Niki includes 30 minutes a day of cardio.

So how does she get her weight training in? “I’m lifting a 25-lb. baby, her stroller and a diaper bag,” she says. “That’s a workout.”

Ciel is Niki’s only child together with her husband Burney Lamar. She also has twin sons Hunter and Jake from a previous marriage.
