Gold Medalist Kerri Walsh Welcomes A Baby Boy
Gold medalist Kerri Walsh, 30, and her husband, pro-volley ball player Casey Jennings, 33, welcome a baby boy.
Son Joseph Michael Jennings was born in Los Angeles at 8:57pm on Friday night. He weighed 8 lbs 10 oz, both baby and mother are said to be doing well.
“We could not be more thrilled to welcome Joseph into the world,” the thrilled mother told People magazine.
“It’s the most incredible feeling. We are already so in love with him and it’s such an amazing, special moment for our family.”
Kerri, who won gold medals in beach volleyball during the 2004 and 2008 Olympics, had revealed the sex and name of her son a few weeks previously.
