Sex during pregnancy - One fifth of Women crave it
Sex while pregnant is something a fifth of women desire, a new survey revealed. During mid-term pregnancy, 40% of women are craving sex.
Having sex can become less frequent after birth, most parents in the survey had sex just once a week or less. Half the women surveyed said they just didn’t enjoy sex. This was a survey of 7,000 women for parenting website Netmums.
One in five couples make love twice a week or more. One in four have sex once a week and 18% once a month. 4% of women admitted they had not had sex with their partner for over a year.
Reasons most common for avoiding sex are that time of the month or too tired and pretending to be asleep.
