Sandra Bullock in custody battle with pornstar “actress” Janine Lindemulder

sandra_bullock_jesse_james Sandra Bullock, 45, married to Jesse James, a former television presenter and CEO of West Coast Choppers has been embroiled in a custody battle over his 5 year-old daughter Sunny. Daughter Sunny is from his previous marriage to porn actress Janine Lindemulder, (Typically credited as just Janine).

The couple have been raising the child since January this year, while the girl’s mother, Janine Lindemulder, was serving a six-month sentence for tax evasion.

Lindemulder and James were married in 2002 on the show Motorcycle Mania 3. James left Janine to be with Bullock in 2003 while she was seven-months pregnant. During that time Lindemulder claims the stress left her unable to pay her taxes of which, reportedly, she still owes $318,000.

Lindemulder, 40, the star of dozens of porn flicks had previously shared custody of the child with James.

Supported by Bullock, Jesse has asked a judge in Orange County, L.A, to rule on whether Lindemulder is a fit mother.

In a statement to court, James suggested Sunny may not be safe with his ex-wife, adding that she should be “restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments”.

After being charged in July last year, she sent a text message to James which read: “U WIN. Sandra has her baby congrats.”

The judge has yet to rule whether either of the parents or Bullock will have to give evidence in court.
