Peter Andre and Katie Price Fight For Joint Custody of the Children
After learning that her estranged husband Peter Andre plans on fighting for joint custody, Katie Price met with her lawyers as soon as possible.
Katie Price spent the whole day conferring with her lawyer, Fiona Shackleton, who also represented Sir Paul McCartney during his divorce from Heather Mills. She just got back from the Maldives and the first thing she did was visit her lawyer. This is after learning that Peter Andre plans on fighting for joint custody of his children with Price, 3-year-old Junior and 23-month-old Princess Tiaamii.
A friend of Andre’s said, “He is devastated at what is happening but he knows if a divorce goes ahead Katie will fight tooth and nail for everything. He loves his kids and the idea he might have limited access is breaking his heart.”
Peter is also demanding that all his belongings that Katie moved into storage be given back to him now. Insiders said that Peter was outraged when Katie changed the locks on their house, denying him from getting his music studio equipment and other valuable pieces.
Katie Price and Peter Andre met back in 2004 and announced a couple of weeks ago that they were getting a divorce after being married for 3 years.

so wot if katie is goin out and letting her hair down, it does not make her a bad mum! Its not fair on the kids wot goin on between peter and katie. katie i think u r a really good mum carry on with wot ever u want 2 do !!!!
