Well first aid course went ok.  and I passed

I did this course 3yrs ago and I could not believe how much some things have changed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will post some useful things at some point tmw...........hopefully none of you will ever be in the situation where you will need to use them.................but in my opinion it's always better to know what to do just in case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and I think Adi now has total apprication of what I have to put up with on a daily basis............he's being really nice and understanding at the moment..............wonder how long that will last
