Denkov Sues Summer Infant and Toys R Us Over Video Baby Monitor

Wes Denkov filed suit yesterday against Summer Infant Inc. and Toys R Us, alleging that his baby’s room was “completely visible” on a neighbor’s monitor. The monitor was manufacturered by Summer Infant, and the unit was purchased at the Babies R Us division of Toys R Us.
