Well girls i had midwifes thursday and she has comfirmed i have got SPD (very bad pain in my pelivcs)
Omg i thought having another one would be less painfull but i can hardly walk some days i just hope im better tomz so i can take chloe out for an hour
the midwife has put me down for urgent physio as shes not happy at all so fingers croosed il get that soon
the pain eased so much when i had that massage wednesday but OMG im in agony today
im going to bed now with my hot water bottle just hope its better ish tomz xx
