Mario Lopez is Going to be a Daddy
Mario Lopez, who was named People’s 2008 Bachelor of the Year is going to have a new title this year: Daddy!
Lopez announced that him and his girlfriend, actress Courtney Mazza are expecting a baby this fall. Lopez told PEOPLE, “I’m really excited. I’m happy. I can’t wait to be a dad.”
The couple met in 2008 when Mario was starring in A Chrous Line on Broadway.
Lopez, who is now the host of Extra, says that he is defintiely ready to be a father. He says, “I grew up in a large family. I’m fired up! I don’t know what we’re having. I’m going to wait to see [the baby's gender] so it will be a surprise.”
This wil be the first child for both Mario and Courtney.
