Singer Lisa Loeb Welcomes a Daughter
Singer Lisa Loeb and her husband Roey Hershkovitz welcomed their first child this weekend.
Lyla Rose Loeb Hershkovitz was born on Sunday, November 29th at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles CA.
The couple announced that they were expecting in September. Earlier in the year Lisa talked about motherhood and her desire to have kids. She said, “I would love to have children. I had a great childhood growing up, and everybody says it’s an amazing experience to have your own kids whether you adopt them or have them yourself. I’m looking forward to going back through all of school and doing my homework with them. [laughs] Learning all the things that I left out through their eyes.”
Lisa and Roey met in 2006 and were married in January 2009. This is the first child for both of them.
