Keith Urban: “Blessed” to Have Daughter Sunday Rose

Country music star Keith Urban admitted that he thought that he and his wife Nicole Kidman may not be able to have children since they were older when they met.

Grammy award winning Keith Urban told Ok magazine that he feels “immensly blessed” have be a father to his 1-year-old daughter Sunday Rose. He says that when he and Nicole first got together neither one thought they would be able to have children.

“We’re immensely blessed with Sunday. I think neither of us was ever sure we would have kids,” says Keith, 42. “We didn’t get to meet each other in our 20s or 30s, so we thought maybe that’s not our journey, we’re fine with that. But it’s such a miracle to have her.”

So, could there be another little one in the plans for Keith and Nicole? Keith says, “We’re very grateful and not pining for anything more than what we’ve got. But if another was to come, Nicole and I would be very happy.”

Sunday Rose is the first child for Nicole and and Keith. Nicole has two other adopted children with her ex-husband Tom Cruise. Isabella is 17 and Connor is 15. Sunday is Keith’s only child.
