Katy Perry & Russell Brand…he’s ready for kids, you do the math…
Russell Brand, infamous for his appetite for women, bullying humor and outrageous ideas of comedy in the face of clear boundaries of right and wrong, is he claims, a changed man and ready for children.
The comedian famed for effectively being pitch forked out of the UK over, “Sachsgate” claims he is “living in a different way at the moment,” perhaps having found a spiritual side with Katy Perry that doesn’t involve the humiliation of others to raise his own self-esteem.
In an interview with The Sunday Times, he discussed his drug addiction and how his life has changed since he met Katy Perry, 25.
Russell Brand said: “Regardless of what happens in my current situation, I am unlikely to be satisfied with the calamitous promiscuity of the preceding five or six years.”
The MTV VMAs in New York earlier this year was the beginning of their relationship. Compounded by a holiday to Thailand, the couple appear to have taken flight together since.
When Russell was asked about whether he was ready for the patter of tiny feet in his life: ‘I am, actually. Its seven years since I took drugs. I’ve made a film. I don’t think I have to fight so much. I think I have grown weary of the carousel.’
He’s also taken up yoga and meditation: ‘I’m living in a disciplined way, do lots of yoga, exercise and transcendental meditation.
Concluding in comedic style: “It’s not half good.” - Now that was funny.
