Heidi Klum Admits She is Struggling to Lose the Baby Weight
Model Heidi Klum gave birth to her fourth child only three weeks ago but is already saying that she is having a hard time losing the baby weight.
Most doctors don’t allow women to exercise for at least 4-6 weeks after giving birth but Heidi Klum is already concerned about struggling to lose the baby weight. She gave birth to her fourth child, a daughter named Lou, only three weeks ago but now admits that she is not back to being in shape yet.
She says, “I wouldn’t say I’m back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one.”
Klum does admit to working out and eating sensibly as she says that the longer the weight stays on the harder it will be for her to lose it all. She says, “I think that if you wait too long and it sticks there it stays that way forever. I have to be motivated.”
It was just announced that Heidi will be hosting the Victoria’s Secret fashion show instead of walking in it as she says that her body would not be ready by then.
We all know that Heidi is a model and her body makes her money, but she sounds like she is a little overly concerned about losing weight only a few weeks after giving birth.
