Matt Willis Opens Up About Being a New Dad
The former Busted singer has been Tweeting about life as a new father to his daughter Isabelle.
Matt Willis and his wife Emma welcomed their daughter Isabelle on June 20th and he has not gotten used to being a daddy yet. The singer has been using Twitter to open up about being a new father.
Matt and Emme did have a little scare with their daughter as she was admitted back into the hospital a week after she was born for dehydration. Matt’s tweet read: “Isabelle had to go back into hospital the other night, she had dehydration. They put a little tube down her nose into her belly.”
Luckily, Isabelle did fine and recovered quickly. Matt wrote on his Twitter page, “she is back home and doing fine now. My life has completely changed - but I love it!”
Only now that his daughter has been home for a little bit is he realizing just how hard being a dad is. He says that he has to carry his daughter around for her to fall asleep and she is not happy when he tries to lay her down.
He said, “[She] will go to sleep on my chest and be quite happy, but the minute I put her in her amazing looking bed she wakes up!”
