Actress Kelly Rutherford Welcomes a Daughter
The Gossip Girl actress gave birth to a little girl on Monday, June 8, 2009.
Kelly Rutherford is a new mommy to a little girl, whom she named Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch. Helena weighed in at 8lbs 12oz. She arrived at 9:20 p.m. in Los Angeles.
According to a rep for the actress, the baby is “doing just fine.”
Rutherford was actually past her due date of June 6. She was seen this past weekend walking around Beverly Hills, most likely trying to get her labor started.
Kelly also has a two-year-old son named Hermes with her soon-to-be ex-husband Daniel Giersch. Daniel was told about the labor and was invited to the hospital.
The pregnancy was announced last December shortly before it was announced that Kelly and Daniel were getting a divorce.
