Adriana Lima is pregnant - Victorias Secret Model
Adriana Lima is, “overjoyed” at confirming her pregnancy publicly.
Supermodel Adriana and her husband, Marko Jaric, have confirmed that they are expecting a baby, due for arrival sometime in late 2009.
The couples representative said: “Adriana and Marko are overjoyed that they are expecting their first child together and are excited to share the happy news and start their family together.”
Marko Jaric (Serbian Cyrillic: Марко Јарић) (born October 12, 1978 in Belgrade, Serbia, Yugoslavia) is a Serbian professional basketball player currently playing for the Memphis Grizzlies of the NBA.
Adriana Francesca Lima (born June 12, 1981) is a Brazilian model best known as a Victoria’s Secret Angel since 2000 and a spokesmodel for Maybelline cosmetics from 2003 to 2009. At age 15, Lima finished first place in Ford’s “Supermodel of Brazil” competition and took second place the following year in the Ford “Supermodel of the World” competition before signing with Elite Model Management in New York City.
