Nicole Kidman, “March of Dimes” volunteer

Around the United States hundreds of thousands turned out for charity, (Primarily non-celebrities) over the last few days, for a huge walkathon to raise money for the March of Dimes. The March of Dimes hopes to raise $117 million from the event.
- Jennifer Lopez lent a hand to the March of Dimes foundation’s walkathon in Key Biscayne, Florida.
- Kelly Clarkson and Nicole Kidman stepped out in Nashville, TN.
- Finally in LA, Volunteer moms include - Standing: Jenny Garth (90210), Kellie Martin (ER, Mystery Woman), Karyme Lozano (Telenovela actress, singer), Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon (Eyes), Melissa Joan Hart (Whispers and Lies, Sabrina the Teenage Witch); Seated: Julie Bowen (Boston Legal), Diane Farr (Numb3rs), Nancy O’Dell (Access Hollywood) and Elisabeth Rohm (Law & Order).
The charity is the leading nonprofit organization for pregnancy and baby health. With chapters nationwide and its premier event, March for Babies®, the March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
