Taylor Hanson Talks About His Big Family

Taylor Hanson talks to Rolling Stone about having 4 children.

Taylor Hanson admits that when he says he has “four children,” that “it sounds pretty crazy.” Taylor and his wife Natalie have a large family but it works for them. Taylor says that it “all makes sense” when you meet his 4 kids: Jordan Ezra, 6, Penelope Anne, 4, River Samuel, 2 ½, and Viggo Moriah, 3-months. He adds, that “It may seem like a lot, but it’s great.”

Taylor first came on the music scene when he formed the music group “Hanson” with his two other brothers, Isaac and Zac. He says that he wouldn’t be surpised if “Hanson Jr” formed one day as well. He goes on to say, “It’s funny, River is our second youngest; He’s two and he’s an incredible drummer. He’s got rhythm! And not just the way a parent thinks, ‘Hey my kids are great.’ I mean, you always think your kids are great. He really has rhythm. So we’ll see.”

In the interview he also goes on to say that he would never force his children to have a music career if they didn’t want to. It’s not something that you can force somebody to do. If his children did want to pursue music, he would only encourage them.
