Simon Gregson is expecting a Baby
Simon Gregson, 34, is expecting a baby. The Coronation Street star has proudly announced that his fiance Emma Gleave is pregnant. Due in the summer, the baby will be their second child and also the tenth Coronation Street birth in under a year.
Simon plays Steve McDonald in the popular UK TV soap, he reportedly kept the news quiet as he did not wish to upset his co-star Kym Marsh. Kym tragically lost her premature baby son just last month.
The News of the World reports that a source said: “Simon and Emma are thrilled but have kept it very quiet.
“Kym and Simon work closely together and he didn’t want to talk about it when she was going through such a horrible time.”
