Milla Jovovich Worked Hard To Lose the Baby Weight
Model and actress Milla Jovovich says losing the pregnancy weight was “a lot of hard work.”
Milla Jovovich gained 70 pounds while pregnant with her first child, daughter Ever Gabo and fought hard to shed all the weight. Jovovich claims that she only recently lost all the baby weight even though her daughter was born in November 2007. She says that she lost the weight due to “Diet and lots of exercise, I worked my big, little butt off.”
Jovovich also revealed that she has been working with trainer Harley Pasternak who is known for his 5-factor program for weight loss and healthy living. She also says that with the program the diet food was sent to her home, stating that “At one point I just ate oatmeal, salmon and artichokes everyday for a week.”
Even after the struggle to lose the pregnancy weight, Milla Jovovich says that she still does want another child. “I do want another baby but not for a little bit,” Jovovich said. “I’ve only just lost all the weight so I want to enjoy my old body for a while before I have to become a crazy alien again.”
