Important Safety Information - Product Recall

Safety Soothers 4 Pack - SILICONE. Colours: Blue/White or Pink/White

Creative Max is taking the measure of recalling the above product which has been on sale since September 9th 2008.

Customer safety is always a priority and we have identified an issue. Our Quality Control checks have highlighted that these soothers do not meet stringent safety standards and the teat can become detached from the body of the soother in certain circumstances, posing a potential choking hazard to the user.

The fault occurs when the teat is pulled sideways at 90 degrees to the plastic part of the soother and not when sucked or pulled forwards as in normal usage, up or down.

No other products are affected by this recall. No issues have been reported by consumers.

What you should do -

Take this product away from your baby. Return to the store or return directly to Creative Max Ltd and a full refund will be given.
